Recruitment opportunity – Community Outreach Officer

Braintree Area Foodbank are currently recruiting for a Community Outreach Officer

Hours: 22 per week, to be worked flexibly over Monday – Friday, occasional and pre-planned weekend working may be required.

Pay: £21,808 (Pro rata £12,794)

Travel: Braintree based but travel necessary in and around the Braintree District

2 year fixed term contract

The Community Outreach Officer will support clients by conducting signposting and will be additionally be responsible for outreach work within the Braintree District. Applicants will be enthusiastic and empathetic  to further support our clients. The role is based in Braintree but the ability to travel independently is essential due to the rural nature of the district and the reach of the role.
