The community organisations below can all issue food vouchers for our food bank and will make sure you are connected to wider support.
Anglia Care Trust
What happens next:
If you are a resident in a Anglia Care Trust property, please contact your Housing Officer about receiving a foodbank voucher. If you are unsure who your Housing Officer is, please ring their main number on 01473 622888
Citizens Advice
What happens next:
Citizens advice can help with almost any issues. Explain to them anything and everything that is going on at the moment and they will help to the best of their ability!
Drop-in Services
Braintree - Causeway House, 34 Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9RW - Mondays 10am-1pm
Halstead - United Reform Church, 161 Kings Road, Halstead, CO9 1HJ - First Tuesday of each month 10am-2pm
Witham - Collingwood Road (by Public Hall), Witham, CM8 2DY - Thursdays 10am-1pm
Eastlight
What happens next:
If you are an Eastlight resident, this would be your best port of call. Ask to speak with the Tenancy Sustainment Team, who can issue vouchers and work with you to address any issues.
Peabody
What happens next:
If you are a Peabody resident, this is your best port of call. They can help with all manner of issues from benefits to housing, health to debt and everything in-between.
