Become a referral organisation

Our referral partners issue food bank vouchers to people in need of support.

We work with local organisations to identify the people in our community who need emergency food. Referrals are vital to our work and help people access our services, as well as ensuring they have wider support to address the root causes of hardship in their lives.

Food vouchers

We operate a voucher model, which means people need to be referred for a food voucher before they can access our service. Vouchers are distributed and verified by referral partners.

As part of this process, partners should also ensure that appropriate support to overcome the drivers of hardship is in place. We offer further signposting and support to ensure people have access to relevant services and organisations to help them change the circumstances that led to hunger, and break cycles of poverty.

If your organisation supports people who find themselves in need of emergency food, you could become a referral partner.
